About:China Visa Application Requirements

possibility of resident permit

Please I wanna know if it is possible for me to obtain a residential visa of Chinese from my country here, how possible is it, from victor.

Do you mean temporary resident permit? When you apply for Q1, S1, X1 and Z type successfully, you need to change that into temporary resident permit within one month when you arrive in China. I am afraid that you can't get that when you are in Nigeria.
