About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

with a 72 hour stopover in Guangzhou.

I am a British Citizen, planning a trip to Sydney in December 2013, Will they definetly be ready with this free 72 hour free Visa by June 2013.
As I want to book my return flight to Sydney vai Guangzhou.
