What does unsuccessfull delivery mean and then where is my order. How do I track it?

In Johannesburg South Africa
I can find no office to track my order in SA

It is really hard to tell where your item is now. Actually, it has arrived at Johannesburg on May 20, but it is unsuccessfully delivered, maybe for wrong address. From the info online, I cannot track its location now. You'd better casll your local customs or China post (hotline: 11185) for consultation.
