Documents for L type visa

Hello
I would like to ask which from the following documents should i present for the L type in Lithuania:
Invitation letter
Letter from the employer
Copy of the Hotel booking and flight tickets
Or all of them.

Hi, following documents are required for tourist L application:

(1) A valid original passport and a copy of the passport's personal data page.
(2) One completed Application Form.
(3) One recent passport photograph affixed to the application form.
(4) Notification Form or invitation if you travel with a Chinese travel agency.
(5) A copy of Chinese hotel booking;
(6) A copy of outward and return flight ticket.

Could you please inform if any additional documents are needed for the child of Lithuanian citizenship applying China visa L type?
