About:Kunming Attractions

Visit to Kunming and Bejing

Wish to have a leisure trip the two cites above from Kolkata. What will be main places of interest and package should be for how many days?I am a senior person and wish to have a Decent to budget trip,what should be the total expenses for Hotel and site seeing.What will be pleasant time for travelling?

I think late September to October is the best time for you to travel these places.
Around two weeks are enough for you to cover most of the attractions in the two cities. You can stay five to six days in KM and Lijiang area. Then you can stay in Beijing for about three to four days.
For hotels, the general expence is around 200 to 300RMB per night for budget hotels, but it is hard to tell you about the expence on the transport.
For the attractions, Stone Forest in KM, Lijiang ancient town and Shangri-La areas are suggested for you. For Beijing, the Great Walll, the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, the Summer Palace and so on are suggested for you.
