i'm in hangzhou with my husband, we took the bike cards yesterday, i use the card today

1. First I think I left the bicycle without locked, then I confused my husband's card with my card, so now my cards don't work what can I do? because all bicycle station there isn't nobody speaks english and all istructions are only in ChineseSomebody help me, please, because if I come back in the pubblic office where I took the cards I think nobody understand meThanks

Hi, have you handle this? Anyway, firstly, you can turn to a young person nearby. She or he may speak English to hyelp you out. If it does not work, do you have a tour guide in HZ city, call him or her. Thirdly, call your hotel and ask them to communicate with a Chinese nearby to handle this.
