About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Can we work? Not for a comapany

I know a marriage L doesn't allow you to work for a company, but I heard we could do freelance or start our own business with my Chinese wife, is that true?? and we just pay the tax at the PSB?

I got the marriage L at the PSB, we are in Shenzhen, my wife is from Shenzhen and they gave me a 1 years resident permit because she has a Shenzhen Hukou, so I must do freelance to support the family, hope I don't get in trouble. I can't find any guide lines when I Google it.

Hi, you need to apply for a work Z unless your income is not from China. BTW, I don't think PSB is the right place to register and pay tax on the freelance income. You are suggested to contact a visa agency for more information.
