Would you mind tell me which kind of trains do you take, the G-trains or the K-trains?
If you take K-trains, you probably reach local Railway Station at Luohu area. Then you can take the airport shuttle bus 330 to reach Bao'an airport directly.
If you take the G-trains, you may reach local North Railway Station. Then you can take the Longhua Line to reach Convention and Exhibition Center Station where you can change to Luobao Line to reach the airport directly.
Hope the information can help you.

Yes, I am sure you can fly out China at Baoan Airport. And I read the info on the official website of the airport to know that there are flights between China and Vietnam. Don't worry!

As far as I know, there are no direct flights between SZ and Hanoi and you need to transfer at Singapore airport. Many airline companies have that lines such as SilkAir.

Probably easiest way is to get to HongKong. Many Airlines fly from HKG to Hanoi. If you have time, I recommend you take train/bus to Nanning down South. Buses run daily from Nanning to Hanoi (6 hours) - pleasant and scenic journey. Make sure your passport and Visa are in place when crossing borders.
