can hiv positve foriegner apply for resident permit ?

Hi! Just wondering if a foriegner with HiV positvie but have good health certificate can apply for resident permit if a job offer inside mainland! I know that less than six month , a person can visit with no problem. But possible to apply if a person have hiv but good health certificate , meaning no other diseases and controlling hiv with medications ...possible or not! Please

Hi, you need to do medical check again after entry for application of residence permit from PSB. I think this will be a problem to get one issued. Anyway, if you got an offer, you should start with a work permit that your employer needs to apply for you with the health certificate.
