About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Stopover in Guangzhou for 48 hours

I Hold a Canadian passport Flying Vancouver to Guangzhou then to Bangkok . If my lay over is 48 hrs can i use the 72 hr visa to go into Goangzhou city . Mark

Hi, if you travel after June 1, 2013, you can use the 72 h free transit for a transit through Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. I read this news yesterday actually.
