passport Renewal!!

My calls to the Embassy have gone unanswered thus prompting to write. I wish to inquire on the procedures involve in Passport renewal. I live and working Haikou,Hainan Province of the Republic of China and my CEMAC passport expires on August 27th.

I will be most grateful if i gate this information in good time because i will be renewing my contract with my emplyers in the next couple of week.
