My friend is vietnamese, She is working in Macau and wants to visit Hong Kong.

My friend is Vietnamese, She is working in Macau (blue card holder) and wants to visit Hong Kong.
As a temporary resident in Macau does she need a visa to visit Hong Kong ?

She needs to apply for a visa in advance. So, better to send application to HK Immigration Deparrtment directly.
