Cost of Chinese tourist (L) for Canadians living in South Korea

Hello, I understand I need to get it through a travel agency listed on the Chinese Embassy's website. I thought the fee for a single entry was 35,000won. Yet, on each of the agencies, the cost is almost double that plus their handling fee. Example, SOHO Travel states 60,000won plus their 10,000won handling fee, and Kangsan Travel states 70,000won plus their 30,000won handling fee. What price should the actual visa cost be? It seems the travel companies listed by the embassy are greatly inflating their prices... Thank you for your time and answers.

You are right, the fee for a single entry is 35,000 won under regular 4 working day processing. I found a notice from their official website here: http://kr.china-embassy.org/chn/lsqz/ls_qz/ls_qz_1/t354827.htm I think the agencies overcharge about their service now.
