About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Is there a limit of No of days per year for singaporean to visit without Visa?

My girlfriend are in Shanghai and i will like to visit her every month. I can stay for 15days per month, right? and if is there a limit of how many days per year for singaporean to stay there?
Is it applied to HK as well ?

There is no limit on this, so don't worry. You are also exempted from visa to HK for 90 days.
