Can we refund the unused value when we left SH? How to travel from Pudong Airport to my hotel along Nanjing Road and how much it cost?

It is suggested to get Three-day MTR Pass and it costs CNY45. I remember you will get any refund with that. You can take subway line 2 to travel from PVG to your hotel along Nanjing Road. You can get off at East Nanjing Road or West Nanjing Road. The MTR fare is CNY3-4.
