About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi does a SIngapore PR holding chinese passport need visa for leaving

she leave on the way back to Singapore
stop in Hong Kong 2 days ?

the routing is : SIN - SHENYANG -HONG KONG -SIN

Hi, her passport and PR are enough if she transits via HK.
