Flight with a technical stop

Hi my flight from Melbourne has a technical stop in Shanghai then a stop in Beijing before arriving in London. Would I need a visa for this considering the stop in Shanghai says it is for just over an hour for technical reasons? I am an Australian passport holder travelling to London so am wondering if this classifies as 2 stops in China?

Personally, I think it will be regarded as two stops in China. I suggest you call Shanghai Airport Immigration Inspection at 0086-21-51105100 for help.
