Hi, i m planing to visit zhangjiajie national park, yuanjiajie, tianzi shan, tianmen shan..... will be there for two days staying at pullman ZJJ... Can anyone advise me on my itineary....

Actually, Tianmen Shan can be well visited in around 5h. I don't think you need to spend a whole day there. Generally, as for the scenic spots you mentioned, here is my suggestion for visiting:
D1: ZJJ National Forest Park comes first. In the park, Golden Whip Stream deserves a visit of around 2.5h. It is suggested to go to Tianzi Shan as well. It can be reached by taking the eco-car in the scenic area.

D2: Tianmen Shan can be visited first. Then you can go to the Yuanjiajie, which is no the north of ZJJ National Park.

for Day 1, I like to take the bailong lift, will it be my 1st visit or go to golden whip stream
for Day 2, take the cable car up to tiamen shan, then walk up to reach the yuanjiajie..... do I go back with cable car or exit at wulinyan. I stay at pullman hotel.....

Can you suggest me the best route of national park

As I know, the route between Bailong Lift and Golden Whip Stream is great. You can go to the lift at first and through the road afterwards to reach Golden Whip Stream easily.

I will follow your advise....Can I visit Tia zhi on the same day...will I have enough time if I enter the entrance by 7am....
