Chinese visa for Belgium

I am belgium citizian. I want to book a tour to China. So How I can apply, what í the procedure?

You can apply for a tourist L from the CVASC at No. 109 Rue Neerveld, Woluwe Saint-Lambert 1200, Brussels. If you book a tour with an agency, the confirmation letter from them is required, which shows the travel Itinerary/Booking Confirmation.
