About:How to Visit the Forbidden City

is possible can i have a tour guide for visiting this forbidden city upon arrival?

where can i get the ticket?main entrance?

Yes, the museum provides the tour guide service and the service center are at Meridian Gate and the Gate of Devine Might.
For the ticket to the museum can be bought at the spot at the main entrance.
