About:Beijing Capital Airport Express Train

Hi, I need to transfer from Beijing Airport to South Railway Station.

I have quite tight timeframe - arrival at 3:10 P.M. while train leaves at 5:38 P.M.
First question - is it possible at all to catch the train assuming landing on time.
Second - what is the best way? Airport Express and then Metro or taxi perhaps?

Time is tight. But if you hurry up, you may catch that if your landing would be on time. And the best way and fastest way is to take a taxi, which can take you to the Train Station within 40min.

Thanks for the reply. From other sources I just heard tha Beijing is so bloody traffic jammed that rather restrain from taxis. So now I don't really know what to do...
