Hi, I need to transfer from Beijing Airport to South Railway Station.

I have quite tight timeframe - arrival at 3:10 P.M. while train leaves at 5:38 P.M.
First question - is it possible at all to catch the train assuming landing on time.
Second - what is the best way? Airport Express and then Metro or taxi perhaps?
