About:Beijing Capital International Airport

we will be be having a layover in beijing for about 15 hours. we dont want to spend that time in the airport.

where is the close place to the airport to visit and how do we get there? where looking for a nice village or town where we can get a bite to eat and do some site seeing.

I am not very clear about the village or towns near the airport, but I suggest you to go to 798 Art Zone area where you can not only find places to have meals, but have a short visit.
To reach there, you can take the airport express line to reach Sanyuanqiao Station and then take a taxi to that art zone directly.
