I'm American and my wife is Chinese, born in China. She is bringing gifts back for her family, < 10 bottles of fish oil, garlic, multiple vitamins, kids toys, several boxes of perfume, bath soap, her 2 laptops, her iphone 4s. Of these items, what needs to be declared and any duty tax?

The perfume, soaps, iphone 4S and the laptop are needed to be declare and pay tax.The garlic is not permitted to take in. The vitamins and the fish oil are not allowed to take so much. 10 bottles of fish oil is a little bit much. The toys are not needed to be declare and it is not suggested to take much.
