About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

dutch applicant in belgium

Hello there,

I am a Dutch citizen in Belgium. I am only here for a little while, I don't have a local registration. Can I still apply for a Chinese visa with the embassy in Belgium, or do I have to go to Holland?

Thank you.
