I am dr Sahar Fadlallah , I am a Associate professor in Taif University.I invite to a lecturer in 2nd International Congress on Advanced Materials (AM2013) from 16-19/May/2013 in Jiangsu University: i hope to ask two questions:1- Can I go to the consular office in Jeddah for my application?2-  what are the requirements to do it?I wait the replay.best regard

Yes, you can apply from the consular office in Jeddah. Documents needed are as follows:(1)    A passport and its copy. (2)    A set of completely-filled application forms (both forms A and B);(3)    Two recent color photos with the dimension of 36mm width×48mm height and a white background;(4)    A Saudi resident card or its copy;(5)    An introduction letter from the work unit. The introduction letter of a company should enclose a copy of the company license; otherwise, it needs to be certified by local chamber of commerce.(6)  An invitation letter of the Jiangsu University is required.
