Yes, you can apply from the consular office in Jeddah. Documents needed are as follows:
(1) A passport and its copy.

(2) A set of completely-filled application forms (both forms A and B);

(3) Two recent color photos with the dimension of 36mm width×48mm height and a white background;

(4) A Saudi resident card or its copy;

(5) An introduction letter from the work unit. The introduction letter of a company should enclose a copy of the company license; otherwise, it needs to be certified by local chamber of commerce.

(6) An invitation letter of the Jiangsu University is required.
