About:Labrang Monastery

from Lanzhou to Labrang Monastery and back in 1 day

We have only 1 day in Lanzhou. Is it possible to go and back in 1 day by car? And where can we (only 2) find the car with driver? What cold be the price? We'll be at Lanzhou very late evening, so need to find car before visit or very early... Please, help me to find some way.

By car, the round trip can be achieved within a day. As I know, it takes around 3.5-4h for a single journey by car.

To find such a car, I suggest you turn to your hotel where you are living in Lanzhou or the local travel agency will help. A friend of mine went there by a chartered car in 2007 and he paid CNY650 then. The fare should be higher now.
