About:China Work Visa

what happens with my Z visa if the employer fires me or I decide to quit the job.

I am going to apply for a Z, but I would like to ask this because my contrct does not say anything about this. How much time do I have to leave the country after my dismissal?

Generally, you need to apply for a residence permit within 30 days after entry. If you quit the job, the employer may cancel your work permit and Z, then you are issued a 30 day L with 0 Entry. But if you are fired, he may not bother to do anything, then you can stay until the residence permit expires.
