Need to declare used laptop, Motorola cell phone and Kindle tablet when get out of China?

Going to Shanghai on Friday for meeting, and even after reading all the questions here still confused as to whether to declare my personal electronic devices as "radio transceivers" since they all have Wi-FI, etc. Please help! Thank you.

Just as you said, it has been used. They are the things for self-use, so you don't need to daclare them.
