About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

May I refund the Beijing Transportation Smart Card in T3 Capital airport anytime of the day?

I'm afraid not. You have to refund the card at the Ticketing Office of Airport Express at T3. Therefore, you can only refund that during the opening hours of the ticket counter.
