Rail ticket purchasing and price for guangzhou - beijing

please help me
i want go to beijing from guangzhou on a rail, but i don't know how much is it and whether i could have a discount for student card... ..

Second class seat on G train is CNY862 per ticket. Hard sleeper on other train is CNY456. No discount for student.
