Travelling to Macau from Mainland. visa information

Hi. I will be traveling to Hangzhou next month. I also need to go to Macau in August to attend a conference there. Could you please tell me if I can go to Macau from mainland using the visa, or do I need a separate one for Macau? Is there anyway I can apply for it from mainland? My nationality is Pakistani and currently living in the UK. Thanks in advance for your help!

You need separate visa to Macao. And be note that leaving for Macao counts an exit from mainland as well as your Chinese visa. if you are now in UK, you can apply for one to mainland only. And apply for it to Macao while you are in china.
