I bought bullet train ticket (return ticket) online,how to change to original ticket

there r any counter desk to change my ticket online to original ticket(bullet train Shanghai to Hangzhou and Hangzhou to Shanghai)...it will get return ticket at the same time couse I bought return ticket .
