About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am flying to guangzhou

I am flying stop over to guangzhou china goung to manila the same day, and flying back from manila philippines to beijing airport but the time of waiting at the airport is 10 hrs. And it's too long to wait or a 4 months pregnant like me, want to stay at the hotel near to the airport for the couples of hours bec. My flight anyway is on the same day but just ant t ask if where should i ask transit visa,which i am a dutch passport holder?

I am a bit confused. I can understand that you fly from Netherlands to Manila and stop over in Guangzhou. But you said you would fly from Manila to Beijing and the time of waiting at the airport for 10 hours. Will you wait at Beijing airport or Manila airport for 10 hours? If you stay at the Beijing Airport for 10 hours and you have onward ticket back to your country, you won't be required for a transit visa because foreigners who have connecting air tickets are not required for visa if they transit in China less than 24 hours.
