About:Useful Telephone Numbers in China

Please can i have china mobile english speaking customer care number.

When i dial 10086 the recorded voice is in Chinese and i am unable to understand.

There is only one service number that is 10086. I suggest you press "0" after you dail 10086 and then it is changed to staff service and then you may communicate with her directly. You can try this method. I seldom dail on my own and my friends always help me to communicate with them.
