visa for hong kong for a confirence

Dear Embassador,I am citezen of the Republic of Uzbekistan. I have a plan to visit Hong Kond in April (2-6) because of confirence. The invitation letter I got today that is why I dont have a time to get a visa in my contry becuase I am going to Seoul tomorrow. My question. Can I get one for Hong Kong in Seoul? It is impossible for you to apply for a HK visa in Seoul as they require ARC valid for more than 6 months in South Korea. You may contact HK immigration officers for enquiries during office hours (Mon - Fri, 8:45 am - 4:30 pm) via (852) 2824 6111.
