Visa for Hong Kong for a confirence

Dear Embassador,
I am citezen of the Republic of Uzbekistan. I have a plan to visit Hong Kond in April (2-6) because of confirence. The invitation letter I got today that is why I dont have a time to get a visa in my contry becuase I am going to Seoul tomorrow. My question. Can I get one for Hong Kong in Seoul? How many days need to get it? Thanks in advance.
