Ariving at T3 approx 6.00am with a 7 hour stop over, what shopping and food are availalbe on the air side of the terminal?  Is there a quick tour that can be arranged from the airport to use up our time?

At T3, you can find Chinese Fast Food Restaurants, Cafes, Western Fast Food Restaurants and other dining places. As for shopping, you can find Small Electrical Appliance, Accessories, Craftworks, Toys and others and these shops usually open around 06:00 to 07:00. As for the short trip during your 7hours stopover, I suggest you have a quick travel at Wangfujing Pedestrian, Tiananmen Square and suroundings. To make sure the sufficiency of time, you'd better book a short trip in advance and they will pick up and see you off as well as arrange well your travel.
