Visa for a cruise with Celebrity Millenium

Do I need a visa if we are going for a cruise with Celebrity Millenium,overnight in Hongkong,2 overnites in Beijing and allday in Shanghai,on our flight back to Canada?

You need to apply for a double entry Chinese visa in advance.
