The distance is around 110km. I think you need to take high speed train from Quanzhou Railway station to Xiamen North Railway station first with CNY25 of second seat. Then you can take metro line 1 to Zhenhai Rd station (Exit 1) with CNY7, and walk north around 200m to your hotel.
