I'm afraid no direct subway can take you there. Here is my suggestion:
From the airport, take subway line 2 to People's Square, where you need to transfer to subway line 1 and get off at Lianhua Road Station. Getting out the station, you can easily find Lianhua Road MTR Station Bus Station within 100 meter's distance. There you can take bus Lian-Shen Special Line to Wenyi Garden (Wenyi Huayuan) Station, which is about 750m from your destination location. Then you can ask the local people about the exact location and walk there.
