apply new passport

Iam Italian now stay at Shandong for business and my China VISA next month will be finish but i figure out my passport for Visa page also finish , could You tell me where i can apply for new Italy passport ? beijing ,shanghai or guangzhou ?and may i know the detail address for made a new paspsport.Thank You so much for Your attention .
