Is Ge Xia Zhu Yu Tang helpful in canines for treating hermangiosarcoma?

My dog has a large mass on his abdomen due to the above disease. I have consulted with a surgeon and they are hesitant about surgery. Would the above medicine benefit him and I wonder how and if it would work. Thank you.
