can I take pens covered with animal skin as gifts for my suppliers

I have 5 pens covered with skin from emu, kangaroo, barramundi (fish) as gifts for my suppliers. Are these allowed to be taken into China? The skin is a thin layer around the barrel of the pen. It is tanned and processed professionally in West Australia.

Although they are allowed to take in, but you may need to pay tax and declare when the price of them is over 5000RMB.
