Hi, a Chinese visa is good for entry for 3 months after issue, you can apply in advance in Israel if you plan to arrive in Nepal one month prior to China. Anyway, it is possible for you to get a visa in Nepal, but the last option.

Hi, you can also have a try to apply from Manila if time permits. What I mean by last option is you may be refused visa in Nepal as you are only temporary visitors there.
