About:China Train

Hello, My child is 4 years old.

We are planning to take the bullet train from Beijing to Xian. I know that children under 1.2 meter are free but the question is if she gets a free seat or just a free ride (Do we need to buy a half price ticket for a seat)?

If your child wants to enjoy free ticket, he will not have seat. If you want get him a seat, she need to pay half seat price.
