My daughter's DOB is given as 15/Oct/02 dont know if western or lunar what would equivalent date be?

In other words if 15th Oct 2002 was the Lunar date what would the Western be ? or if it was the Western date we were given what would the equivalent Lunar date be ? thank you very much
