About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Does this new 72 hr free Visa also include Cruise Ship Passengers only in Shanghai for a Day?

We are currently applying for a 2 entry Visa as we fly into Beijing on the 28th March in Shangai on 6th April 2013

I'm afraid not. The new policy is just applied to pasengers traveling by air.
