We tried to travel to vietnam last night but they wouldn't let us because my boyfriends passport ha less than 6 months validity. No we e are trying to go the US, and am wondering if well have problems getting back INTO china, we are US citizens, please HELP!!!! It is CNY sI the embassy is not open for us to go ask and we want to leave tonight

Hi, you need to renew your passport first, then enter China with both old passport (with residence permit) and new passport.

Resident visa but passport has less then 6 months validity...
