About:China Train

Changing trains on one journey, how many tickets ?

For example - if I wish to travel from Mizhi (Shaanxi) to Lvliang (Shanxi), I need to take a Mizhi to Suide train first, then get onto another train at Suide to go to Lvliang.

Will I just buy one ticket at Mizhi for this ie. Mizhi-Lvliang ticket ... or do I need to buy two seperate tickets (1 for Mizhi to Suide + 2nd ticket Suide->Lvliang) ?

Thanks.

You need to buy two separate tickets, one for Mizhi to Suide, second for Suide to Lvliang.

Not sure, you could call to the Station, Mizhi is a small station, mayby could only sell tickets depart from Mizhi. You could book online in advance.
