F visa for study, Do i still need physical exam record?

Hi! i'm apllying for a student visa (F visa). Do i still need physical exam record? im far from manila. and, i'm a continuing student, i stayed for a year in china last year.

Hi, physical examination record is not required if you will stay in China for a period of time less than 6 months.
