Hi Sir, can you tell me z visa documents for my wife and baby?

Hi sir i have Z visa i also need it for my baby and wife. So please tell me what doucments needed for visa medical certifcate of my wife and baby is required or not

Medical certificate is necessary if your wife and son will stay in China for more than six months. The documents required are marriage certificate and birth certificate of your baby.
